This base is much like how the fl post to the faction on what is going on. A box will open, and you type which you wish to say. Then a broad message will pop up in the middle area of the screen like a notice for all the guilds to see.

Let you input a notice for every one in the guild to read. It can be extremely helpful if you need every one in your guild to know something. But you can not seem to get them when there on.
Appoint: level requirements -3-
This is the ability to give your guild ranks. Two players in your guild can be promoted to their branch manager, school leader or assistant guild manager depending on the guild level.
When leveling your guild, it does not mean that you can now appoint 2 school leaders and 2 branch managers. The older positions just get a new name. I also beware, because guild will pester you for the ranks.

This is how you close the guild. In order to do so, you must kick all of your guilds first, as a guild can not be disbanded with members in it.
